I just started. The only thing is I have two holiday parties coming up in two weeks a week apart. I don't want to miss out on the yummy catered food. As long as I stick to the diet the rest of the time will it undo everything?

    I did try it a few years back and it worked for me, but then I switched to the GI diet cause it gives you a lot more food options, good luck :)
