Ok. This is a REALLY long story. Two days after Christmas, the guy I like (that all my other questions are about) and my other neighbor (a girl I was really good friends with at the time,) and I were all outside. He was riding his new moped and Sam, that's the girl, was racing him while he was on the moped and ran in front of him and he jerked the moped the other way while slamming on the breaks. She fell on the ground because as she was jumping over to the curb of the side that he was riding on, the back wheel of the moped hit her. She ended up breaking her leg and her parents are VERY overprotective and they called the cops because it was a "hit and run" because after he "hit" her he ran back to his house because her father came down and started calling him bad names. So I was a witness to the whole accident and I had to tell the police what really happened. I told the truth and not the version of the story that Sam told. So they have been threatening our family and when I go on the bus she starts saying how I'm gonna get killed by her and whatever other threats she says. I want to confront her about it, but I don't want to get suspended. What should I do?
You already told the truth, which is a wonderful thing you did, but if the truth you spoke would get Sam into trouble then you should've lied. I Spoke the truth that would end up getting my friends in trouble, but I was able to speak the truth, without lying to the police and keep my friends out of trouble. Don't ask how cause I'm still amazed of how I did it.
Anyways. However, telling the truth was the right thing and I agree on what you did. So now Sam has been threating you oh I'm gonna kill you. Bla Bla Bla. She and her family are just talk. If they were going to kill you, they would've done it by now. You need to stop trying to confront her and let her come back to you. Let her kiss your ass, not you doing it to her. What she's doing to you shows that she isn't a very good friend.
So forget about her and go hangout with your other friends. Ya I know, she's your neighbor and your gonna see her often, so this is what you do. Just say Hi and By for respect. Just smile or nod your head when you see her. Don't take the threats seriously and don't let it affect you. If they do, then you should inform the police, but I personally would not include the police. That's up to you.
If you still do try to be make peace between you and Sally then you need to let her know that I couldn't lie. Especially to the police. This whole mess is your fault. Your the one that jumped in front of his moped and it was your fault for getting your leg broken. You even almost got him hurt for actions. If your going to be mad at me for something like this, then I guess we weren't ass good of friends or neighbors that I thought we were. If I'm wrong correct me now, if not then cya.
You won't get suspended for confronting her. Just don't swing back at her and talk to her in a calm way. Let her yell out you and let her hit you. If she hits you, just stand right back and look at her face. Control yourself and don't be like Sam. Confront her about it, and tell her what I mentioned earlier. DON'T LAG IT! Let me know how it goes. GOOD LUCK. I'm not promising anything good or bad out of this.
