In clothing it's difficult to tell the difference. Nude they are easy to spot, especially if she's lying down. If she moves, and they don't, then they're fake.

Thats a good question. I saw this on the discovery channel last summer. Then I noticed at the beach that it is usually larger breasts and not so much the smaller firm ones. But in comparing implants to natural, I thought the ? was about above average ones. - 7 months ago
When they are too big and if the nipple is pointing to the sky, for sure fake. Most women don't need fake boobs, it's the attention they need. Some of these women should put a third boob on their forehead to really feel satisfied.

Yeah it's pretty easy to tell. Fake boobs look different and they move differently. They don't move like natural ones do. But it's not that big of a deal if they're real or fake as long as they are done right.
