How can I convince my parents?

Talk to them. Ask them to show you some respect and discuss things with you. If they want to live in denial of your womanhood, they are forcing you to go elsewhere for guidance. They should be the sources and they should be communicating with you, in order to earn your respect, as you are earning theirs. Communication is the key to any good relationship.

Do you blame your parents for being cautious? Wouldn't you want things to go well for your child? Show them you're trustworthy at ever opportunity. If they are slow to see it and you fight them, they'll take even longer. Initiate conversations with them, but spend the vast majority of the time listening. When you get argumentative you're shortening your own rope. Approach this with a little maturity and wisdom.

I don't know how old you are, but 18 won't be that far. Then you can go out and live like you want, whether it be saint or slut. At least you'll have 18 years of good experience with which to make better choices.

Be as much of a model citizen as you can in other aspects of your life.

Parents can be weird so there's no guarantee that my tip would even help, but my parents were pretty strict but let me stay out as late as I wanted and didn't ask questions because I did well in school, volunteered my time to the community and in general just gave them no reason to distrust me. That being said, I'm told my older sisters did not get this privilege because they were girls and my dad used to be a total bad-ass partier and knows exactly what kind of trouble guys can get girls into. So you may just have to wait until you move out.
