I "accidentally" played Vanessa Calrton's "Thousand Miles" last night and I ended up listening to the damn thing eight times. Is there a song out there old/new that you love to hate but can't get it out of your head when you do listen to it?
The new Miley Cyrus song "Party in the USA"... I hate the fact that it's so flippin catchy! I can't help but sing it. Even my 6th grade class is making fun of me! UGH.
At the moment, it's "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You" by Michael Bolton. I made the mistake of dedicating it to my best friend on Facebook because she moved out of state (it's not as weird as it sounds lol), and now I've had the freakin song stuck in my head for days.
At the moment, I'd say Welcome Home by Coheed and Cambria. My guy friends ALWAYS have to play that song at a rock back party. Ugh. And Snow by the Red Hot Chile Peppers. Basically anything from the Red Hot Chile Peppers.
Lols! Well, I actually kind of like this song, but it is stuck in my head at this very moment and I can't stop singing it. It's "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred. It's a fun song, but if you hear it over and over, it starts to get a bit bothersome. :P
it's a rap song and the lyrics go something like "got my vans on but they look like sneakers". hate it but I don't want to delete it off my computer hahahhaa.
call me gay-- I actually did an interpretive dance to that song once for some little kid I was babysitting for,
to answer your question, it's that song by lady gaga with "I wanna take a ride on your discostick"- that sh*t was stuck in my head for the last 2 weeks
Watched life on mars ( The T.V series) ending got stuck in my head and My mum listens to David bowie all the time, thing is, I'm beginning to like it ><
I think the phenomenon you speak of affects most everyone. I know I've suffered from it on and off through the years. But, it could be worse, and has been for me. I worked as a musician for many many years, and this may play into my most recent (and most frightening) bout with "songs that won't stop playing in my head". Several years ago, I did a session for a promotional video, for which I played the song "Open Arm's" by Journey. for some inexplicable reason, this song has plagued me for years now. It will abate for a period (sometimes months even) and then reappear with a vengeance. In fact, it reared it's ugly head drving home from work awhile ago, and is still stuck within. Why couldn't I have something by, say, Chick Corea, to haunt me. S'pose I should be happy it's not something my the Jonas Brothers.
Thanksgiving is right around the corner and just like the last year and the year before, you will most likely spend it with your family. And just like everyone else, you have a crazy uncle or an...

Most will tell you that Christmas is their favorite holiday, maybe even New Years or the Fourth of July. My favorite, however, is Valentines Day. A day smack in the middle of a long, cold winter that...
