I have a large breast size . Its not to a D yet, but with my family history . I'm sort of short, barely 5'2'', and I feel totally out of proportion and am seriously considering breast reduction surgery as soon as possible . Its got to the point where I am way too self conscious and can't play sports . Is there some way I can boost my confidence without surgery ?

Update: AS for the exercise thing: I take aerobics and walk or run the bike trail every weekend . I'm not chubby, I'm just short . Thanks for the tip though .    5 months ago

Working out will definitely help you breast size go down(you are losing fat and slightly increasing your testosterone levels) especially if you are a little chubby .

Besides that don't piss on gods gift by getting breast reduction surgery . J/k

It's true that working out makes them go down, but if you do decide to get a reduction, have them ship them over here because I want bigger ones lol I guess it's part of being a woman, we're just never satisfied with ourselves.

There are things you can do to draw attention away from your chest, and doing daily activities like exercise less of a chore. There are certain clothing styles and cuts of shirts and tank tops that will still flatter you but allow other aspects of your appearance to take the glory once in a while.

I'm of a larger bust size myself, and there are special bras as well as sports bras that you can use that will make it quite pleasant to do anything from swimming to running.

Also, what exactly is it that you feel you don't like about your breasts? I suspect you aren't nearly as mis proportioned as you think you are :)

I was the same way. I'm 5'3" and had been a full D since I was about 14. Back then I was also a little chubby but even after I thinned out my breasts were still D's. I found a workout that targets your chest and it helped a lot! I'm still a very full C but even that little bit of difference helps.

Omg....i'm your height and I used to feel the same way about my breasts. I started working out last september (with no intention on losing my breasts)...but they did indeed get smaller.....i look more proportioned now for some reason. someone told me that when a girl starts to work out that her breasts are the first to go because they are nothing but fat. but idk how true that is. just letting you know that maybe if you were to work out a bit, they could reduce in size. but it could be different for everyone....
hope this helps.

The grass is always greener on the other side . When you feel self conscious think of all the girls that pay money to have boobs like yours . I have two heavy chested sisters and when I was younger was always envious of them . Now they wish they had more of my figure .

You may have to invest some "serious" money in a good bra . Go to a bra shop like maidenform or even Victoria Secret and have someone measure you . You might be wearing the wrong size which can be very unflattering . They can also help you find something will really good support .

If you are in pain, then a breast reduction could do wonders for you . My mother had one last year at the age of 52 and wishes she had it done 20 years ago . Insurance will only pay for this though if your doctor can convince them that it is medically necessary .

The other thing you might want to consider is that your body is probably not a hundred percent done developing yet, and while you probably won't get much taller :-( (I am also 5'3") give yourself a little more time to see what kinda shape your body will take . You may ending up loving all your curves .

Hey hun,
I feel your pain . I am 5'3" and have large D breasts . What I do to make myself feel better about my 'gift' is the following . For playing sports I went to a really good sports store that also sells sports bras and got myself a really supportive sports bra . As for out to the clubs and out with my girls . Don't be shy . Show your assets off . You are beautiful, voluptuous and unless they are giving you back problems then that's the only time you should go in for surgery .

I hope that helps a little and keep your head up . Self confidence is the sexiest thing in the world and if you have that in spades your chest size will never matter . :D

Does it ever annoy you that you're single?
random-ren asked 20 days ago

Yes, most of the time! I really wish I had a boyfriend/girlfriend!

A little, because I feel left out.

Not really...

Nope! I have too much fun being single!

What's there to be annoyed about?

What is your favorite outfit for a night out with friends?
I love clothes that are sexy, chic, and comfortable. It all depends on where we're going, but whatever the occasion, place, or outfit may be, I always make sure to accent my outfit with enough accessories to dazzle, but not too much to wear it looks gaudy.I wear shoes that make me taller, either stiletto boots or strappy sandals and also a lot of pink and black because those are most flattering.

How do you style your hair and do your make-up?
My hair is naturally curly/wavy, so I'll either wear it like that or I'll straighten it. It goes down to the middle of my back so I like to play with a lot of different styles. And as for makeup, I go through a lot to make it look natural. When I go out at night though, I'll create a dramatic look with a little extra eyeliner and some lipstick, because I always wear gloss during the day.

Do I have style?
