my boyfriend is 6'2" and definitly not a small guy, I'm 5'5" and I can still pick him up. it's actually not difficult! ok maybe I can't actually cradle him lol or throw him over the threshold but I can lift him up a few inches off the ground, he hates it though!
It is not as hard as you might think for a guy to pick up a girl. Most guys are strong enough to pick up any that aren't particularly obese. And it's easy to distribute the weight of people between two arms, which also makes it easier than, say, lifting up a large box filled with crap that weighs the same amount. Your profile says you're only 108lbs, and I'm sure the vast majority of guys would be able to pick you up with ease.

i don't let guys pick me up, if guy try, I crouch down on the ground to make it impossible for him, because I dread the idea of a guy picking me up and say, "ooft, you're fat!"
