Astrology is great, and its fun to play with and think about. However don't base how you treat a person on their astrological sign. Learn how they work as a person. And then if you want, maybe try and gain some insight due to what sign they are. But if you "deal with" someone based on their sign, then you're just dealing with some Pisces female, not the girl that you're dating.
I agree with AJ, don't put much stock into astrology. It's fun to think about, but you should try communicating with your lady instead of relying on other methods.
