you know that vitamin that dairy gives you...as well as the sun...well...because my skin is sensitive to the sun (I burn easily, never tanning) I don't like to be in the sun too long...in the fall and winter when the suns not out at all (comes out on occasion) I get VERY tired...like the simplest things will make me want to sleep for hours...just because I'm short on that vitamin that the sun and dairy gives you...thing with dairy is...i don't eat a lot of cheese (makes it hard to go to the bathroom)...im trying to eat less butter (too fattening) and as far as milk goes...i like it but I just don't drink a lot (enough of it)
so what can I do...in the fall and winter months about this essential vitamin?
also another question inside of this...how can I tan without risking burns and cancer?
does it look bad to look pale...why do all the ones who can tan rub it in the pale peoples faces? hahaha
i have the same problem does the sun make you sick? wear a hat and or sunglasses where you're out in the sun I can't take multivitamins cause they make me sick and throw up and I don't like milk either I too am pale too but its my natural complexion
Doesnt make me sick...just makes me burn easily....plus gives me energy...which is why I'm so tired in the fall and winter...since its got vitamin d - A month ago
Vitamins can help, but they don't take the place of getting vitamin D from the sun. You don't have to spend tons of time outside. My skin is sensitive too, but I spend enough time outside to get vitamin D from the sun, plus take a vitamin.
And getting tired during the fall and winter isn't necessarily because of a vitamin deficiency. The lack of light during that time of year has a psychological effect that causes a lot of people to be more tired and moody.
If you really want to tan without the health risks, get a self tanner. But there's nothing wrong with being pale.
Dude, check out www.vitamindcouncil.org -- interesting stuff, maybe think about following their recommendations. Basically in the fall and winter months, you should use good quality "D3" supplements. I suffer from the tiredness thing too, so I know how it is...
About the pale thing, I don't know how that works, not sure why the tanned people rub it in others' faces...people are just dumb sometimes...
Basically I mean...most tanned people show off...they think their better than pale people because of how they look (yet, pale people who burn...like me...want to tan) - A month ago

Go to walgreens or walmart and start buying some vitamins. For you skin start taking vitamin E and A. For your energy levels, start taking a Super B vitamin. This should help.
