She is for sure overrated. If you look at her before hollywood and plastic surgery got ahold of her she looks like a normal girl. I have seen hotter girls in real life, but she just works the media and is 20% fake.
She has the potential to be quite stunning (gorgeous long, dark hair and stunning blue eyes), but she tries to make herself seem like a rebel with the clothes and sailors language. It's a turnoff.
She doesn't have a very good spirit about her. It's a shame too, because I'm sure she has some serious talent, but allows her looks and wannabe bad-ass attitude get in the way.
If I were a guy, I'd much rather go for someone like Kate Winslet. She has womanly curves, is quite intelligent, funny, and a brilliantly talented actress. She didn't let the media get in the way of her career... and eventually shut up everyone that made comments about her supposed "weight issue" back in the day.
she is pretty. she has nice eyes and nice hair. I think she's hot. not the hottest out there but what guy wouldn't want to date her if they could. I'm not really feelin her tattoo on the arm though. I like marilyn monroe but I think she should of put it on her back.
I don't find her all that attractive. I mean, she's not ugly by any means but I don't think she's as hot as everyone else seems to think. I don't know what it is about her, she just doesn't do it for me.

The question WASN'T "is she the hottest?"... the question WAS "is she hot?" and yes she's had much plastic surgery done on her... however... I wouldn't call her ugly, but at the same time, I think she is massively overrated. Half the girls I went to uni with were better looking.
The other thing is, in like 90% of her photos (ok that's a guess) she's photoshoped beyond reality. Most guys don't want that. Most guys like girls to look 'real'. Heck, Ralph magazine here in Australia (a bit like FHM) recently had a size 14 on the front cover!
I change all the time, but I think at the moment the biggest celebrity crush I have is Ellen Page.
