i don't regret any decisions that I have made to this day, nor should anyone else. you live your life the way you want, you make every day choices and stick with them, some may lead to good and some may lead to bad. it really doesn't matter because the decisions that you make effect everything that you are as a person. if you take back a decision it could also take back a major effect on you as a person. so in reality, you have to not look back at anything and say I wish I would of done this or done that because it does you no good. you are who you are, you stick to everything you decide upon and that's what you should do.
I think people have misunderstood this question. I'm not asking if you could change something from the past, what would you change. My graduation day at university after going back to study as a mature student.
It was such a joyous occansion, and really topped everything off that I'd worked for over the past three years. I had to pay my own way, hold down a job at night plus study. Getting up each morning and driving 40 miles to college in a battered old diesel car that barely ran, then be at college all morning, work like stink to get my coursework in the afternoon, have dinner at college, drive home again, get changed into my chef's uniform and then do a shift from 6pm til when the pub closed.
It was hard graft but I really wanted to get this degree to get my dream job after just bumming about after school and being proud of myself and seeing how proud my parents were was probably one of the best moments of my life.
