My ex of two years has all of a sudden decided he wants to talk to me and be friends again. But this is highly unusual because he told me when he broke up with me that he never wanted to speak to me again and that I was 'the whore of Babylon' (he thought I cheated on him when I hadn't. In fact he was the one who cheated on me with a close friend of mine). So I got over him and moved on and am currently in an amazing relationship. And now that he's out of his most recent relationship, he all of a sudden wants to get back in contact with me. WTF? Guys, please explain what is going on in his head?
He misses some part of his relationship with you. He could be single, he could have realized his mistakes, he could be lonely, could be lots of things. But there is piece of him, small or large, that misses you and possibly wants you back in his life (relationship or not).
He was obviously thinking of you, so he reached out. You're on his mind...
This is probably right but either way, he sounds like an unworthy jerk. So best to just steer clear for good and enjoy the good relationship you have with your current man :) - 4 months ago
