So I was reading how guys felt about fat girls. Am gonna be honest to myself that I am a overweight. I understand that MOST guys don't life overweight girl and I like their honesty, better yet, I know better that this period a woman who is overweight is DISGUSTING.
i am a person who will do anything to take care of my body, literally, not just saying. I have lost 10 pounds so far but suddenly I feel tired after going to the gym and I intend to be really hungry. But I try my very best not to be tempted. However the good thing a bout me is that I don't eat a lot, (I'm surprise at myself too).
i hit the gym EVERYDAY for two whole hours. But I seem to keep losing my energy and my strength. I don't want to lack but it's already happening.
my weight goal is to LOSE 85 pounds and am at that journey to my weight goal.

GUYS and GIRLS. Be brutal honest with me. (i want to know how I can keep it up and lose all that weight. I need to weigh 180 because that's my health weight) I NEED TO BE THERE. DAMN I NEED THAT SEXY bathing suit.
i know that not all guys are like that, liking a girl despite of her weight. I like that not all guys are like that but also I want to look good for myself and for anyone's pleasure.

Being overweight is not ATTRACTIVE, I know that. But am active woman but am still the same and I need someone to write good nutrition food, you know diet plans.
also am thinking of using Alli weight loss, FDA approved (is that a good idea, I mean it's gonna help me lose 50% more than doing it myself )

LOSING WEIGHT is my GOAL right now and I just turned 20.
I WANT TO BE A SEXY 20 years old young woman.

Well, it sounds like you have the right idea as you're still young and your skin will respond well to the weight loss.

I want you to know that it's going to take 2-3 years of hard work but trust me, you'll feel much better about yourself that you are doing something about it.

Diet:

1. It's not what you eat, it's what you don't eat (soda, heavy foods).
2. H20 x 200
3. Small meals, you hear this a lot but it's because if you eat small meals, your body is able to spend it's time churning those foods into energy rather if you eat until your full. Your body has to work more to digest the food.

Workout:
1. Stay away from that ellipse machine that I see girls on all day. Sure you sweat but guess what? I can sit in the sun ans sweat and it doesn't mean I'm losing weight.

2. Run run run. If you can't run then walk the treadmill. What ever you do on the ellipse for 20 minutes could be done 10 minutes running / walking. Yes it's difficult but if you run 3 minutes you're first time, shoot for 3:30 the next workout.

3. Switch up your routines. It's funner and better for you muscles as they do acclimate to your everyday routines.

soxfan94 This is an excellent, excellent answer. I'm gonna add my two cents to it rather than write my own. Drink lots of water, eat smaller meals, but slightly more often than before. Try swimming (it's a great workout and easier on your joints). Make sure that you're getting enough sleep, and that you're eating nutrients (vitamins and protein). And finally, start a light lifting program. Muscles are great fat-burners. Good luck! - 4 months ago

Most likely if your losing your energy and strength then your not getting enough nutrients you can't just eat less and work out you still need to eat just healthy stuff and 2hrs a day and you r just starting to work out? you need to slow down or you will hurt yourself. I worked out for 4years before my trainer put me at 2hr workouts because its to much when I was working out I was eating 1 meal a day and your just drained after working out and I was sleeping like 10hrs a day to so that was y I was so tired not enough healthy food

i was reading about the gym in a magazine and it said that people who get back from gyms feel hungry and start to binge. and I personaly hate gyms. they are so borring, I like excersize but can't stand gyms. have you tried bycycling rides? swimming? alls you need is about 30 minutes of cardio in a day. I read that if you eat fruit until lunch time (only fruit) you can't get fat(unless you allready are) plus if you fast (dont eat a single bight) 1 day of the week (its healthy and you can't get fat). don't eat after 6 oclock, you will deffinatly gain weight that way. (unless its a small snack) for dinner don't eat a big meal. (if your on a diet you shouldnt be eating big meals at all)
i allso read in a magazine that the women who was wrighting the article went to africa and asked if they loved there bodies. the women were confused and didn't understand how to responde. "of course we love our bodies, why wouldn't we?" allso she interviews some north indian ladies and asked if they loved there bodies and they said "of course, how wouild we hold up our (I don't know the word, one of the rag things indian people wear) without curves?" so, obviously america is really bad with this weight issue. right now I am in brazil and its not half as bad as it is in america. people say its something that occures in the back of your mind thinking fat people are ugly, but that not completely correct. in the old days, fat poepl were the beauties of the world.all the fat people were the models.that could be because the food issue, but I don't think it was completely it. so now all girls are stuggling to lose weight because they see the skinny victoria secret models in panties. if I grew up into the world of fashion, I would make some models fat and some skinny. haha, I bet a ton of peopel would buy stuff there that way. anyways

key:drink tons of water!
no soda it wastes all your calories.
okay you can't look at your weight loss in periods of a week. you can lose a little weight that way but you won't see a big difference and that may make you sad and want to eat (lol that's the way I get) you have to look at it through periods of a month. you will notice a difference in a month.f

hope that works! good luck !

How tall are you? Not being harsh, just brutally honest. But. 180lbs is overweight unless you're like 6'3 or something.

Also, don't take any kind of diet pills. They work most of the time but once you stop taking them you'll just gain it all back plus some extra pounds. Do it the right way, do it the healthy way. Eat right, exercise.

Also. Two hours every day is way too much ok? You are over exercising which is why you're so tired and hungry after. The right way is 1 hr 4-5 days a week. Your body needs days off to recharge or you'll strain it.

Another tip: Don't eat after 6pm.

Also you HAVE to eat. If you don't eat a lot your body will just go into starvation mode and hold on to whatever you DO eat and convert it into fat so you won't burn as much. You shouldn't eat less than 1,200 calories a day and that's the bare MINIMUM.

Try and meet with a nutritionist who can help you establish the amount of calories you need in a day to lose the right way. Remember that loosing wait too quickly means your loosing muscle and water weight not real fat. Not only that but you'll gain it all back fast.

The other answerers have given you good advice on what to do so I won't repeat it.

After quitting smoking I hit 190 and freaked out. I was biking almost every morning. When I found out my chain smoking friend quit smoking cold turkey I got his acupuncturist phone number. The guy told me I had to do the following things.
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes every day to the point where I was sweating (biking was not hard enough for me. ) If you ain't sweating it's not hard enough.
3. Don't change my diet but eat less.
4. Don't eat 4 hours before bedtime. Sleep is when you adsorb all your calories. If you must eat only vegetables with no toppings (does not include things like tomatoes, they are a fruit. )
5. Take a good multivitamin. (I take NOW brand Ecomulti. )

The acupuncture helped with speeding my system up - I used to only poop once every two to three days. My body was adsorbing every calorie. Turns out I had low metabolism. I have since done things to increase it.

Seriously, if you are that tired you need to find some balance. Cut down your workout, maybe just an hour to start. Increase your protein.

My advice try the diet and exercise first. I mean a lot of women used to take ephedra for weight loss - until they started ODing and giving themselves permanent brain damage.

Permanent weight loss does not happen through diets, it happens through a change in lifestyle. Exercise is the best thing that ever happened to me. I am rarely depressed, It helps me work out life's frustrations.

My Boyfriend loves the fact that I am in shape.

As for diet. Find Fruits and vegetables you like, proteins (buffalo or bison meat is awesome), Eat healthy Don't fill your body with crap.
Actually, now that I think about it I didn't give up anything. I still eat cookies and cake, etc. Just less.

Except soda, I gave up soda. I can't drink Nutrasweet. Gives me the shakes so.

The only other thing I can tell you is try to surround yourself with other people who are living healthy. They will help you stay on track.
I hope this helps

Maybe you're not eating enough protein if you're getting tired like that.

You should probably eat more, but in small amounts spaced out through the day. And maybe cut your workout down to 45 mins-1 hour. If you keep going like that you might burn out.

I don't know about using Alli, you don't want any anal leaking problems lol. I used to use Dexatrim and I liked the results. It didn't make me feel weird & jittery but helped stop my appetite.

Good luck with your weight loss!

I think you are overdoing it. 2 hours seems extreme. I do 30 min cardio daily mixed with weights throughout the week. I drink 8 glasses of water, kombucha once a week. If your striving to lose weight eat well throughout the day but don't eat after 400pm. Take vitamins.

Does it ever annoy you that you're single?
random-ren asked 21 days ago

Yes, most of the time! I really wish I had a boyfriend/girlfriend!

A little, because I feel left out.

Not really...

Nope! I have too much fun being single!

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I don't use "pickup lines" on girls I am attracted to. If I am attracted to her, I try to approach her in a way that is engaging, such as commenting on something related to the current situation. At other times, a simple hi and a smile are my weapon of choice.

How do they typically respond?
Girls mostly respond in a positive way, but there are always the shy or uninterested girls that don't allow me to get past a simple hi.

Do I have the right approach?
