How much does money matter to guys?

My initial tendency is toward not rich (dollar-wise). I like a woman who appreciates the thought and is not keeping track of how much this or that cost me. This is an important topic because first I was nearly ruined when my employer went bankrupt. Then I got laid off. Having no income is not a great ice-breaker. But I felt that way when I did have a good salary. On the other hand, a rich girl could have come from a poor background and her current wealth doesn't mean she expects pricey gifts. Still, chances are I will relate to the other one. She's got her feet on the ground and I can talk to her. If she appreciates friends more than material things, that really makes her the richer of the two. If she's pretty, even better.

This seems like kind of a trick question. Scrimz is right: money doesn't mean anything. Being cool on the other hand, means a great deal. If you take money out of the equation (which you should because it doesn't matter), the choice comes down to picking between "cool" and "pretty". Personally, I'd pick cool hands down. Just like money, pretty can only get you so far.

Bit quiet and pretty. Its common sense. What would money do for me, you can't buy love. Unless this not rich girl has an attitude.
