Since when did color have anything to do with how fun a person is? It must be the attraction that you mean. If that's the case then it's all in your head about "white girls" not being "fun". I've met a lot of bitchy or boring girls, and they happen to come in all shades.

Well, Ima black girl and I'm dating a white guy now. He says the same things. But it depends on the girl. Personality is number one not really color. Sometimes you're just more attracted to the other. You find something you don't see all the time.

The only difference is the skin tone. There are some black girls who are probably better for you than some white girls, but there are also white girls that are better than some black girls FOR YOU.
