This morning I woke up with a killer toothache in my molar. I could have gone to the free clinic and had it pulled but first I wasn't certain which tooth was the real problem so I went to the paid dentist to have an x-ray.
I asked how much and if payments were accepted. Since he said no payments were accepted, I turned to leave to have it done another day when I had the money but the dentist stopped me. He asked what the problem was and he sat me in his chair. He not only took an x-ray but filled the tooth that was broken (previously root canaled).
I returned later that day after the x-ray was developed to see if the tooth could be cleaned and filled or had to be pulled (both of which are done for free in the health clinic). Root canals however are not. He said it couldn't be filled; it needed a root canal. I re-iterated I couldn't pay and he said I was too pretty to have a missing tooth ruin my smile. (flattery, hit my low self esteem and my vanity at the same time)
He sat me down and started the canal. After he was done I thanked him profusely (and a bit teary/meekly). I hugged him and got kissed full on. His hands went wandering down my front and crotch. I was giggling cause my mouth was still numb and the kisses were a weird sensation and as I turned to leave he reached down my pants. I turned around, gave a quick kiss back and gave an excuse to leave before bolting. Outside I acted like everything was alright and even asked him when I had to go back to finish the canal.
Yeah I was a bit uncomfortable, he is around 60 and I'm barely 30; Yes I know he is taking advantage of my financial situation, but I also feel conflicted. I am the type that hates to own people anything; I quite college so I wouldn't have to get a student loan. (So there is a huge dose of obligation inside me - if I had had a date to prom instead of going stag I probably would have given my virginity to said date to "pay" for the limo/hotel/dinner/night since my sense of obligation/logic would have wanted him to get something back)
I also haven't had sex since April 2000 (YES it has been 8 years of just me, myself and I - and Mr MiniPurple) so lust is a part of it. And I don't really want to lose the tooth or leave it half finished. (I may have low self esteem but I am still vain enough to care). I also have a rape kink that this sort of hits. I worry about his wife finding out (many have died due to jealousy in this country) as well as my family (It is kind of a form of prostitution and after 8 years of celibacy I'd hate to gain that label)
I'm not even sure exactly what is he is after; copping a feel, blowjob, full on sex? Should I listen to my libido, my logic, or my gut?
Update: ETA: I have always gone for the "taboo". Flirt with the teachers aide as a teen and while in the military I dated WAY above my pay grade. (I was a LCPL and dated a petty officer, a SSGT and married a SGT)

Well this is interesting, well here is the problem if this story is true, you hugged him and then he kissed you, and you kissed him back, then he put his hands on your crotch and you were giggling, then he reached down your pants, then you gave him a kiss and you left. I never saw where you said something like Hey asshole, wtf are you doing, you touch me again and you will lose your practice for trying to have sex with a patient for exchange of payment. You told the guy you couldn't pay but he insited on doing it anyway, that's his fault for saying hey I will give you a free root canal, he never said hey I will give you a free root canal if you have sex with did he?
In my opinion you will probably have sex with him, you said it your self that if you would have gone to prom with a date you would have felt obligated to give him your virginity to pay for the hotel, limo and all that.
Okay, this guy sounds like an absolute perv. Not only is what he did actually illegal, but just plain wrong. It saddens me when I read about people that don't value themselves enough. Do you not realize that your body and sexuality are FAR more valuable than any procedure a dentist can perform on you? Do you not realize how much you're 'paying' every time you let pervs like this get away with it? Really, you should report him. That's malpractice that he's done, and he can be in serious trouble for it. Please, report him. If he did this to you now, what is he going to try next time? Please, I'm begging you, respect yourself and stop him from getting that awful chance again. It's just not worth it to let creeps like this walk free. He doesn't deserve it, nor does he deserve his license to practice. You're worth far more than anything he can offer you, and you're the only one that doesn't seem to want to see it. PLEASE? Your body and sexuality is SOO valuable, so please don't let this creep devalue it or your opinion of it.
I think you have to make the decision based on your own instincts. it's obvious that this encounter has you confused. On one hand you're asking: Should I listen to my Libido? Insinuating that there is interest on your part. On the other you're asking: Should I listen to my gut? Stating that you feel this is wrong, you don't want to feel obligated, and you're worried about your family finding out. It boils down to you logically weighing both sides of this encounter and what you're comfortable with.
I'm embarrassed by this, but the whole scenario sounds really hot. The whole feeling obligated and nervous and dirty all at once is turning me on. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually think I would let him do whatever he wanted.
Get help and fast. Allowing a strange grandpa figure to violate you and enjoying it is just not right. In my opinion anyway. I mean to each their own but you're embarrassed by it for a reason. IT"S WRONG. - 7 months ago
Listen to your gut! Report him and seek counseling immediately! That is beyond unprofessional on his part and he probably sensed that you were timid or didn't come off as being very strong. You were violated and this is not by any means your fault. He's a perverted sick old man and he needs to be taken away so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Wait until you have the money and get the root canal done by someone that's not a creep. Let his wife find out what a creep she's married to and if your family looks down on you for this then they're wrong. This is a form of sexual assault and you didn't do anything wrong. Even if you kind of liked it, you're human and when certain things are touched, you like it and can't help that. Does it mean you wanted it? No. So many rape victims are conflicted by that and blame themselves for that reason. You should have gone to a medical facility and told them what happened to you and that way they would be able to take saliva samples. You know that is wrong and don't feel obligated or guilty about shit hun. Stay strong and fry his ass.
Because I've experienced things well beyond my years and I can relate to a lot of situations. I have an open-mind and enjoy helping people. I'll be 23 in August and if I can give people information that I wish was given to me at the time and it helps them out, then I know I'm not living in vain. I can put everything to good use. That's how. - 8 months ago
