OK. We just bought a dirt bike and I had only rode it a few times. Well on sunday I decided I would be brave and go up a huge hill. Well the other side had a drop off right into the river. I cracked the throttle instead of hitting the break and tumbled into the river, but not before landing on a huge boulder. I didn't break anything but I was hurt pretty bad (still am).
Well it seemed like my boyfriend was more concerned in the bike than he was me. He got it fixed that night but then yesterday the motor was knocking pretty bad. He brought the whole thing up again and called me names that I don't want to mention. I just want to know if I should put up with it? I feel bad enough. I just want to know how you would react? Any hard core motorcross boys out there? Any advise will help. Thanks.
I'd be furious if I were you. It's not like you did it on purpose and he's certainly in the wrong to be calling you names. I can understand him being a little upset, but that's a bad sign when your boyfriend appears to care more about a machine than you.
Ok I play lacrosse and each stick is around 200 dollars and I pay for it my self and if my girl broke it I would be VERY ANGRY but also inconsolable I would probably be crying because I'm a very good play and each stick I have, means as much to me as a child (sounds stupid but not joking at all) and a bike cost ALOT more so I know were he is coming from. but if he is calling you those names tell him to call you back or leave and come back when he talks to you right because remember he has the right to be mad but still needs to treat you right.
