Of course it's not a turn off, I don't care if you've never been kissed as long as you're cute any guy could care less. Besides, most guys probably like the fact that you haven't been with other people in the past, so it's probably a good thing.

I don't think it matters I'm 19 and I have only had one boyfriend, but weird enough we have never kissed, EVER!

I think guys are more turned-on by it. They want to be the one to be your first. I've never kissed, but I did have a boyfriend once, and he knew that I had never had a boyfriend before and had never been kissed. He tried to kiss me a few times, but I never kissed him.
