I need to know what to get my best guy friend for his birthday. He is also my first true love (he doesn't know this since we were never technically in a relationship)

Make him a card, maybe a poem.
I've had them made for me, it makes me feel very special.
Before you give them to him, tell him you have two parts to the gift.
First give him the poem and the card.
Then tell him the second part.
Which is that you are like seriously in love with him and was hoping that you two could be together.

Or something like that.
=P

An eatable condom or better yet eatable panties for yourself and then tell him to have fun when he eats you out.

Right of the bat before telling you what to get him for his birthday, if he's your first true love and he's not in a relationship, make sure you get in a relationship with him- It's a harsh first step to not at least try to get a relationship out of your first love.

Your question--

You should give him something he's interested in. But one thing that always makes me feel good is when a girl makes you a card by hand, even a 5 minute card that's not even a card-- just a piece of paper saying happy birthday ;\. But yeah XD, a card is always nice and it should make him think about you.

don't spend a fortune on it though. something from the heart. maybe something he mentioned he wanted to get but didn't. something that reminds him of you. or something related to a hobby or interest of his.

Well, I'd give him anything depending on what he likes. If he loves sports -- golf? Get him some nice golfing gloves. Soccer? get him a soccer ball. Lots of my guy friends are into sports so depending on the sport -- I have spent a lot of money on their sporting equipment (for bdays or christmas) and trust me they love it. If he's more on the artistic side - get him some books or a kit of some sort that will define his style. Get him a nice watch, or a cool shirt. Make a nice handmade candy kit (bunch of chocolates, gum, m&m's etc.) Or you can get him a gift card and take him shopping yourself OR take him out for some dinner and make the night special. Just be creative and I am sure that he'll appreciate it in every way!

Overall, since I have no idea what your friend's interests are so I hope my suggestions help.

Goodluck.

.Well if he's your true love and not in a relationship, GO GET HIM! You should at least try to get him if your in love! (hence the reason why everyone is after it!).

anyways, moving on.you probably already know his interests. Get to know them more and go out and find some books, or movies or games that he would really be interested in. Listen to see what he mentions on what you think he might want. You could also ask his parents (if you know them well) what to get him. Or have a younger sibling find out. They're always useful. You could always take him out to lunch too. I hope this helped!
