I bought a tanning canopy.a sunquest 1000. I bought it used, but the lady I bought it from never used it much. So it needed new bulbs because of lack of use from the other bulbs. I bought brand new radiance 7000 bulbs, they come on, they get hot, but they do not tan at all. I know these bulbs are good because it's what they use at the salon I go to and I get plenty tanned. Maybe there is just a certain type of bulbs that work with this unit? Anybody know from experience ? I called the manufacturer and he said if the bed is coming on, and the bulbs are coming on and getting warm then it has nothing to do with the bed.
your not going to get a tan straight away I have a sun bed in my room and I've been using it ages now and I'm only starting to see results in the past week!
Okay, I put my 13 year old daughter under it, she is a red head and burns super easy, it did nothing for her at all, not even pink...still think this is normal ? If so, I will keep trying, but I am not seeing any results at all, not even a hint of a tan line. Thanks for your reply. I am getting so frustrated. - 7 months ago

Yeah its normal but seriously don't put your daughter on it t does so much damage! I've very pale skin and I get burned so easy we had are 1st bit of sun in ages over here last month and I got so burned I had bandages and all but I couldn't understand why the sunbed wasn't making me burn or tan but after a few weeks I'm getting a tan now buy sun accelerator its for the sunbed helps you go tanned its great - 7 months ago
