I look at a guy's hair. I like dark and curly.

As a girl, what I find attractive in other girls is hips. Sooooooooooo sexy and I don't have them haha. I wish I did :(

As you said guys are sight driven. I would find a lot attractive on a women, depending on their distance away, what's being worn, and whether they are sitting or standing. But the feature that drives me to a women is her face, especially the eyes. You can have the best legs ever, but if you have some buck teeth, I'm gonna hesitate on going for it.

For me, I'd say it depends on what they're wearing as to what I'm going to notice. And the weather sometimes helps and hurts that, too. If it's the winter and they're wearing a thick jacket and tight pants. guess what I'm going to notice, lol. Their shoes! Ha, lol. No, seriously though. But my friends also tell me to notice if the girl smells good at first, lol, why? I don't know. lol. This is what they said: "does she smell good?" When I usually think of the smile as the thing I remember, first impression wise. Lips/eyes whatever. Although this is a difficult question as to: I may have noticed something else about her figure first, but the smile is the thing that anchors down a first impression for me.
