You ask some pretty random questions,.but
I actually make my living off of setting up new computer, and fixing old ones, I used to work for a company that rhymes with "pest buy" and in a department that rhymes with "speak squad".
Vista is unstable, unnecessary, and a resource hog, Vista not only did NOT deliver what it was supposed to in terms of compatibility, ease of use, upgradability for hardware drivers.but it was also a punch to the balls for anyone who had to pay for the OS. the original price tag for "Vista Ultimate" was $400! it since has dropped by a combination of time, and the sheer awesome power of Mac OS X Leopard.
Which brings me to my next point. WTF is up with four different types of Vista. Spare me the speech about how each is different, see the above credentials for christ sake, plus I'm a marketing major, I understand this S***. It takes more higher end specs for a computer to run Vista quickly and smoothly, and I know a guy with a 1.8Ghz Core2Duo and 4GB of pc2 6400 RAM and his Vista is S*** still. You wanna know something, I BUILT THAT COMPUTER! yah, with a legal OS and everything, so spare me your excuses.
Vista is actually what made me switch to Mac OS. and I have to tell you, you have no idea what a computer is supposed to be unless you are a Mac user. Leopard, is sheer computer power with a slick easy to use interface. say the word "problem" to a Mac user, and they'll say "What's that? oh you mean those things that PC users have".
XP is by far superior to Vista and I'll give you multiple reasons why.
1. Easier to run on older and newer computers, easy to use. 2. More stable than Vista, as long as you have virus/spyware protection 3. Cheaper than Vista. 4. Still (for now) supported by Microsoft, in fact, SP3 just launched recently for it.
One last note on this rant of mine. Vista users, and supporters, LISTEN UP, prepare to be s*** on by your beloved Microsoft, your OS is already obsolete, and has been since about April of 2007, because that's when Microsoft started working on the next OS,with touch screen interface. Sound familiar, Yeah, I think I heard of it the first time when it was called iPhone you freaking posers, when will Microsoft think for themselves?
Have fun with your crappy OSes you mindless drones. BWAHAHAHAHA!
