When I answer questions on here - I answer many through personal experiences, in which case I'd choose C. On the other hand, there are many questions I answer because I tend to be an expert at it, where in this case, choice A would make sense. For me it all depends on the question.
I think for most people the ranking would indicate how someone has been through a lot and is experienced, hence, why'd they'd even bother sharing some great answers.

Just an off hand remark, over here I have seen even if people don agree with ur comments the XPER increases. So what's the deal at the end of the day, if I am an anonymous user I would just look for the comment that would have been made by the person with most XPER (if all say the same thin)....I posted another question, what say are ya open to answer it without being anonymous. - 2 months ago
If it is just a rating and relating to only a particular area then it would have to be 'C'. If the rating came out to 100 percent then it would be 'A' but since we don't know what the rating is then we can only say that a particular discipline has some experience.

If it's 'A' then I would say that person is full of it. There is no such thing as being an expert in anything. Sure there are mistakes learned from over time but that doesn't create an expert just a person with more common sense and that same person can only suggest from experience as to what not to do or what works better or hey even suggest something just to see what would happen if it were to be applied. - 2 months ago
