What do guys look for the most in girls?

First and foremost, intelligence
Secondly: Absence of religion
Third: Knows how to enjoy herself

General interests:
Gaming
Psychology
Economics
Sex

Looks are a plus but the other things are more likely to hold my interest beyond the initial conversation.

For me, I look to see if the girl is different, unique, and is acting herself. I don't like women who act a certain way because of what other people think, I want everyone to be who they are and be proud of it. As for the different and unique part, that applies to how they look, how they dress, and, as I previously stated, how they act. I was interested by one girl who came to school in pajamas, and another because of the black eyeliner she used. Individuality is very important to me, and if I vividly remember one person out of a crowd of people, that means they stood out in more ways than one.
