Totally depends on the situation. If he has reason to cry, then I do not mind, but it is like others have already said. A guy who does whine about little things is just not sexy. Same goes with girls btw.
If they have reason to cry I don't mind, but if he was constantly crying about everything then I would be staying away from him. But that goes for girls too!
I chose B The type you explained [not overly sensitive] is good. I don't like a guy to be totally emotionless, but I also don't like him to get upset at the drop of a hat, not even I do that. Like other people said, it's perfectly fine if there's a good reason. If you really need to cry, then do it, it's really the only thing that will make you feel better.
I think its sexy when guys cry. I answered a question like this like 3 days ago - but I'll make it short - its sexy. It shows me how much he feels comfortable around me. It a huge turn on. Cry if you have to or want to or need to.
It depends. I think guys can show emotions (it would be nice for us girls to have a clue once in a while ;P ), but there's a line. When I broke up with an obnoxious and controlling guy, he used crying to try to manipulate me (and had done it before, and successfully convinced other people that he was this nice, sensitive guy). Not only was the manipulation apparent and NOT ok, but it was gross - he was dripping on me, both tears and snot. Have some self-control!
So, I guess some tears leaking out are okay, but don't completely break down around someone unless you're really, really close friends and the situation actually warrants it - the end of a 3 or 4 month relationship, for instance, does not.
I hope that explains a bit.I might have over shared, but it seriously bothered me when the guy started crying like that.
of course! guys should cry. but like someone said. not for a fight. but it shows me that my guy has emotions and that's what I want.so yes it's okay for a guy to cry.
its good sometimes but not all the time like if your in a fight with another guy.then no don't cry but if it's something emotional like your dog dieing then yea its ok to cry
of course its ok for a fella to cry! they have emotions and feelings too my fella mates cry not and front of everyone but I have seen them cry and it shows they have emotions
It depends on who's viewing you. I personally don't care for overly sensitive men (that is as a romantic interest) I prefer a man to be tougher and, yes a stereotypical guy. I don't need a guy crying over things because I should be the one doing that, I am the girl. That's just how I am. But I know a lot of girls who like sensitivity and wanting their men to show all their emotions whereas I don't really want men to spill their guts to me.
If not as a romantic interest, I don't mind if they cry in front of me and what not. But unless it's an understandable situation, don't cry in front of girls, that you have interest in. There are situations where we're all allowed to cry like loss of someone, etc. But if it's really wimpy.you might be judged, because honestly that's how society is. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just honest. If women cry about something stupid, they're women and that's their excuse, men on the other hand don't have an excuse.
But you know what. Just be yourself, if you're a sensitive guy, don't lie to yourself. There's always someone out there who's gonna love you because you're that person.
I think that it's good for a guy to be able to cry. too many guys hold their emotions in and to outside people it looks like they don't have feelings. The guys who told you that were probably trying to seem cool by saying it's not ok to cry. If YOU feel like crying cry. let it out.
the only time it is ok for a guy to cry is when there is no one around, and that means NO ONE. not even his parents, best friends or girlfriend. and he shouldn't mourn either.
That is such an open question lol for me if I had a good reason I mean a little cut isn't a reason to cry. there is a kid in my math class that whenever he gets called on and doesn't know the answer of raises his hand and answers the question wrong he cries. now that's taking it a little too far
