I don't think you really can. Guys seem to be oblivious to giving clues and things of that nature. Girls are probably more likely to put something on their page that would give an indication of their interest in a particular fella. If he has you on his top people, are you guys friends as well? He may simply have you there because you're friends.I know my guy friends do. You should really look for clues besides a Myspace of Facebook profile.
