I am just starting to hang out with guys and me and my friends never know how to start good conversations. We don't know what to say when we first start to hang out.
It doesn't matter. In beginning a conversation you're trying to find something that will interest the other person so they'll want to talk to you. I mean, they'll probably want to anyway, but it's a lot easier for them if you can get them talking about something they really want to talk about. So if you're a girl stay away from, say, fashion - which normal males couldn't care less about -and try football, politics or music. You'll notice straightaway whether these are subjects they wish to talk about. If they don't appear to want to, try another topic. This gets easier with practice.
Well, you could say first things that pop into your mind if you wanted to had some "interesting" conversations, or you could try talking about things you know or think you have in common or might all or both be interested in, as long as you try to connect they should try to connect right back at ya.
Ask questions about things they're into. for example if they skate, ask about that. or just simply ask what they've been doing and continue 'bout that. Listen what they're speaking and pick some things up to ask/talk. If you share same friends, go to same school etc. talk about them. Anythings fine really I guess, as long as you talk with them and don't just sit there in silence :)
Well, I like this guy. But I am SUPER shy. Really really shy. And whenever I try to talk to him. Or anybody else for that matter. I freeze up. My mind...

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
Pick up lines, what are we in the 90's? I just introduce myself, I have no time for silly small talk. I don't look to be entertained, I look for a conversation!
