Well, I don't know what boiled okra is, but the food I refuse to try is beischel.it's a delicacy in austria made from cow intestines (my family is from there). Ew.
Eww, same as you! My mom made me eat boiled okra once when I was eight. And, well, let's just say my stomach liked it about as much as my taste buds did. And fish has never sat well with me either. But the first example of a gross food that comes to mind is always boiled okra!
Pretty much, yeah. I've had some things people would say are gross. Conch, the snail from those huge shells, has a strange texture but isn't particularly bad. Just not a lot of flavor. Haggis I thought was actually quite good (and it's really not that different from sausage if you think about it!). Chapulines, which are these Mexican toasted grasshoppers, I didn't really like but I wouldn't say I hated either. But plain old boiled okra wins the prize from me! :) - 7 months ago
Lol, not the whale. THAT would be a bit weird, haha. Okra is a vegetable. It tastes fine fried or raw or in a soup, but if you boil it, it gets slimy and disgusting. x-P you find it most often in the South. - 7 months ago
