I like a guy that is a year younger than me. A lot of people have said that relationships like that don't work but I have seen it happen. One of my friends, without telling me, asked this guy if he like me back. He said he didn't want to go out with an older girl because he wouldn't get to spend as much time with her. Some people believe him and some people say it is an excuse. Is it an excuse? I like him a lot....more than anyone else before. I don't know if I should keep trying or try and move on. What should I do?

Leave him alone for now. Find him again him when you're 26 and he's 25...lol Maybe he will change his mind by then.

My boyfriend is a year and a half younger than me. I think it's great! I have never dated an older guy probably because I feel younger myself. Some guys like older women, some don't. It really all depends on the guy.

Well, I guess some of the younger guys are cute, I once had a crush on a thirteen year old. then I figured out that there are cute peers around so I decided to forget about him. then I really did ignore him but he told me that he really liked me. ...i guess it was a little late...point is, everything you deserve would eventually come to you, so just sit back and be cool:) and enjoy your time with the peers.

I've also been in the same situation actually right now it's happening. The guy I like is a year younger then me and he was the one that told me he thought things were moving too fast, but yet he still liked me and didn't want to loose me. Yes it does suck, but I kind of agree with him with things moving fast. I still want to be friends with him but it's hard. I know I will someday talk to him and be friends and who knows what will happen in the future, you 2 might be the "one" for each other. Keep thinking positive and things will fall into place when they need to be. It will all work out in the end.

I also had the same problem. I tried to move on but that didn't work and so I kept thinking about him. Then later on it worn down my emotions toward him and yet I still like him. I'd try to move on but still have felling for him. So I would suggest to still have feelings but not to pursue him, YET, who knows maybe later on he'll understand your fellings toward him. Just don't pursue, you might scare him off.
