Guys: what is your ideal woman??

My ideal woman is within my age (22), so I'd be looking for a girl 19-23 years old
Someone who is nice to me and can have intelligent conversation

On the hard issues, we should agree 70-85% of all opinions/issues
I want someone like me but still her own person

We should be able to discuss anything with each other, our ups and downs, our accomplishments, our problems, our solutions. We would both be able to talk and listen to each other, so it's not just one of us doing all the talking.

Sense of humor is essential; an offbeat sense of humor is a big plus.
