Hey guys, my friend is trying to argue that a 350z would attract more attention that a Cadillac XLR. I think he's nuts. Which car do you guys think would turn more (female) heads?

That fact that you're considering the Cadillac brand says you're looking to set yourself apart from the crowd. It is a very up scale and classy car for an American brand. Personally I think it all depends on where you live (rural Americans *love* the corvette while the city girls prefer BMW or Mercedes). I also think the XLR is a bit more for older gentlemen, while the corvette is for anyone who can afford it (most gear heads lust for one since they were a kid). BMW has a new hard top convertible that will turn heads guaranteed since it is a brand new model (plus you can spend the 20K saved on your dates--that'll impress them 10x more than your car will). Personally I see the 350Z as a wannabe sports car (not quite there performance wise) and I'd select the Infinity G35 since it hits the mark straight on in understated class (the girls won't think you're trying to impress them, they'll just be impressed). Also, don't consider a white (or red) car unless it is an exotic sports car. If you are looking at luxury sports cars (like the XLR) you'll want black (or maybe silver)
