Have you ever felt attraction for say a best friend that you weren't attracted to before, but when people always make comments like "oh, you guys look like a cute couple" or "you guys make a great couple" and it ends up with you finding reasons that you actually like your friend. And now you like them, a lot. Do you tell them? Should I tell him?

Well I think you should. Feelings for a person are never there from the beginning, they are developed and can hit you when you least expect it. If the dude is a friend and a good friend then if you tell him he might return the feelings and if not well he is already your friend so he'll understand and not make a big deal out of it.

Does he give you any signs that he may like you ( call all the time, Find a need to be around you, ect)? If yes then YES you could, If not flirt with him a little, to show him you might care. As for me, I'm a real dive person and I need more then just a hint I need to be told, I don't know body signs very well.

Wow this is 2006 all over again lol. I had the same thing happen except this guy was my best friend. Well you should find out if he likes you first and if you find out he does then go for it! But unless he likes you, I would be careful about telling him because he might not want to ruin your great friendship. Hope this helps. It worked out for me!

Yes! This has happened to me!
Like, I met this guy, right. Pretty sweet, I totally liked him just as a friend. We hung out every here and there, but I eventually started getting comments like you mentioned, the whole "You would make a great couple", etc. And like, yeah, I ended up totally crushing on him after a year or so. I never told him, but it turned out he liked me back, so it all worked out pretty nice.
I say tell him. If he's not dating anyone, especially. And it'll be good that you're close friends; you're comfortable with each other, so it'll be a little easier telling him that you like him, and hey, he might like you too! You won't know if you don't try.

Question Asker Cross my fingers, lol. He actually got out of a relationship about two months ago and since we've both been home for summer we've been hanging out and that's when people make comments. - 6 months ago
Answerer Yeaah, he had a couple girlfriends over the months, so I waited. And at the beginning of this year he came on to me, and wow. I'm so glad I waited, lol.
But even when he was dating, people would tell me we'd make a good couple when I'd hang out with him during our track meets. Maybe it was just meant to be! Anyways, good luck to you.~ :) - 6 months ago
