Big or small is fine, so long as they're in proportion with the rest of your body. Women at your height with a larger frame look best in the neighborhood of 34c or 36b. Since you've got an even smaller frame than that As or Bs should look fine on you.

Most men don't care about breast size in women they're dating or have fallen in love with (hence the term falling in love, when you fall in love you usually don't care how someone looks because you're in love). However, for one-night-stands, many men do fantasize about big breasts, just because it's sort of like dessert, a rare treat, and if you're going to just fool around with someone then the rarer the better.

But seriously, small breasts really won't hurt you in the long run, only big breasts do, because women with them often attract the wrong kind of guys who just want a booty call. And remember, breast size doesn't matter in relationships (most of the time) for men.

I LOVE smaller boobs. So don't worry about it!

I think women with smaller hooters can be more attractive when compared to women with larger breasts.

Why?

Me along with most other guys I know, when checking out a girl with larger breasts only stare at their boobs at a first glance. They are very captivating and do a good job at holding a man's attention.

When you have smaller breasts you notice other things such as face, hair, eyes, personality, ect.

I actually prefer smaller women; I think they have a magical, elfin appeal. And I find women with large breasts hard to talk to and sometimes large breasts scare me. But I have never had sex, and maybe large breasts are more awesome during sex, but currently the girl I think that is most beautiful is a smaller person, but mostly I think she is beautiful because I love her, and that's what really matters.

I thought a 32B was average. Is it actually small? Even if it isn't, I think you should wait. Your body is probably still growing. And no matter what your final size is, you should be proud of your body, because no one has the same fabulous body like you.

Most of my guy friend will sit around and point out chicks with big boobs, but that's all they are noticing about her. And their philosophy is "more than a handful is a waste." I'd rather have smaller boobs than bigger ones.

I'm 5'2 and am the same breast size as you. I was always concerned that guys didn't notice me as much because my boobs are smaller than my friends. Obviously me and you have it pretty good lol.

if you have smaller boobs you can wear so much more clothes like think about it like this if sarah jessica parker had big boobs would she look half as good as she does in her clothes ? no! not saying that when you have big boobs you can't look nice I'm just saying it easier to shop when your smaller

I'm a 32 B and I've had no complaints (I'm 5'4), personally I think it's how they look ON the girl and in proportion to her body. Since you're a petite girl they will look good on you at that size. Where as if a really really broad and big girl had a pair of 32 A's it wouldn't look so good (although as always I'm sure there can be exceptions to the rule) :)
