Okay, so I am single. But I am very happy about it. When I left my ex, I became so happy. I was free (and still am hehe). I was just wondering, is it okay though to actually be happy if I am single? I know people think love is everything, but when I am in a relationship, I am always "down and miserable." Now I am not since I am single. By the way, I promised myself I will stay like this (single) for the rest of my life. Still, is it okay?
just how you can make others happy by respecting them and taking them to parties or buying them drinks and doing them favors,u must take yourself out sometimes and invite yourself to a coffee, beach, clubs and bars, thats happiness.
Its great that your independent and don't need to depend on a guy to make you happy, don't get me wrong.
But always remember there's one of us out there just perfect for you that can make your life x10 happier, and will enjoy making it that way, when your ready to start dating again :).
do whatever makes you happy. still you aren't even an adult yet so give it time. the right guy just hasn't come along yet. I think you should be open to be with a guy if a good one comes along. still its up to you.
I think you might be a little young to decide that you'll be single for the rest of your life. There's nothing wrong with feeling good about it, though. Especially after a bad relationship it can feel really good to only have to worry about yourself for a while.
OMG, it's GREAT! Especially at your age. Of course I know you said you promised yourself you would stay like this forever, but realize you might change your mind. Or not. I think it's most important that you keep that promise, not so much about staying single but about staying HAPPY. Don't get into a relationship if it makes you unhappy! You may find down the line that a guy will come along that WILL make you happy, so don't be afraid of that possibility. But as long as you are happy, that's what matters! And don't let ANYBODY tell you that you need to change your mind and find a man.
yea, I mean some people are happier being single. There is no right or wrong when it comes to someones happiness. I no a few of my friends don't like being in a relationship because they just feel tied down and not as happy as they could be and their friends accept that. so no worries, if you find the right person you can be with them and if not then go for it and live life how you want. single. lol
I've been single for the longest time. I don't need a guy to make me happy. I have my friends. Yes at times it is nice to have a boyfriend. I'm happy being single, I'm just waiting for that right guy to come around.
Yes its good!lol about the rest of ur life sooner or later someone else will come. But that's great that you don't hold some very attached emotions its nothing bad good luck!
