writing an ex a letter is always therapeutic. writing a letter is also a good idea because you can think out and organize your thoughts. Hand written letters are also very appreciated, because they see you took the time to sit down and do it. I see no harm in sending her a letter, because then you know you tried. whether or not you get a response, you can rest your mind.who knows maybe she'll take you back or at least reestablish contact, then sending the letter was really worth it right? then again maybe she wont, but at least you know you tried right? then you can move on.good luck and good on you for realizing your mistakes
