ok see I live with my mom but I go see my dad all the time who remarried. my step brother I have known 4 like 6 years is a little touchy. he always picking on me and say perv things. my mom don't like it but doest say anything to him about it. how do I get her to trust him around me?

I don't know that YOU really can get her to trust him around you. You just need to make her understand that she can trust you. And as far as the way he acts goes, a lot of step siblings act that way around each other.
