Ok here is the thing, I'm starting to work out I might be pushing it not sure.I only do a full work out for 30mins, my teacher wanted to do it for a hr but I can't do that. I do arms, stomach ect till I can't no more, is it ok to do it more then once in the day or is once a day enough? I want to lose fast but I don't want to over work myself. So guys want to do you think, would it be ok to go for morning and evening hrs too?
Then yeah that's fine. also what are your stomach workouts? cool dude in order to build muscle you shouldn't workout many times a day for the same reason you shouldn't work out (for muscle training) in successive days because your muscles have no time to heal. - 5 months ago

If you're trying to lose weight you should start doing cardio, all crunches do is add muscle they don't do anything to get rid of the fat on your stomach. - 5 months ago
Here is how I view working out I can lift weights for half an hour or I can spend the day building a deck and I find myself equally sore, so I believe that as long as you are hydrated work out as much as you want, you have worked out too much once you are dizzy or faint, then you need to cut back!

Okay, if you want to really lose weight, the first thing you should do is watch what you eat.
Working out more than one time a day, will bring faster results. Thats my promise. Its not completely necessary, but only you know what is truly over working you.
I wish I could workout more than once a day. I never have the time. If you can find the time to do this, I would say do it.
