Yes, because learning to drive a stick shift in today's day and age where 80% of cars come with automatics is a labor of love, it shows the girl has a passion for cars and I like that. Not only that but it is also a skill, and skill in and of itself is sexy, regardless of the area.
If the guy(s) in question happens to be into cars, I think it would be attractive for a woman to drive manual. Personally I don't care much about cars, so a woman being able to drive stick wouldn't mean much to me.
