How do I tell someone I love her?

Ok you love her do what your heart tells you. You could start off by telling her how pretty she and how much she means to you. Compliment her on how she looks and what beautiful smile she has. Be true to your self love and say how much you love her and that she means a lot to your life well am going to let you go wish the best luck!

Come out and tell her. Just make sure you have your reasoning just in case you don't want to be stuck saying something "plain Jane".
There isn't a wrong time for love.

Lets just say your having a conversation on the phone. Right before you get off, let her know how much you care about her. You could say something like "I just want you to know I am always here if you need to talk..." and then you could end it by asking "and can I tell you I love you" ...It's not quite as "harsh" as a straight out "I love you", and it leads to a response from her.

Well this is a toughy... I obviously don't know your current situation but I will try. Saying I Love You is a difficult thing to do and that is good. Those three words really mean a lot and should not just be thrown around. First I ask you to think about what love means to you!

DO YOU LOVE HER? Ok, now let's presume that indeed yes you do.... (are you a shy guy?) if you are dating her or you are friends or something you should plan an evening with her. I would say dinner or something that you will get to talk a lot! I suggest talking about things that interest you both and work your way into it. This will probably help ease your nerves. Seriously just completely engulf your self into the situation and be sure to keep really good eye contact. Tell her she is beautiful if you feel you can. Girls LOVE to hear that from a guy. And well I think you can think of something but choose a good place where it's just the two of you... and just say it... tell her I LOVE YOU!

Remember do not expect something in return... she may need to think about the shock and what you just said. Maybe she feels the same way. Just be at ease if she doesn't say I love you too! It doesn't mean she doesn't really! lol... it doesn't have to be romantic at all, my boyfriend told me he loves me in our laundry room at like 1:30am when my parents were sleeping and we had just come in from the pouring rain...Lol... Just be sure to tell her that you love her... for all you know you will lose your chance at this moment so don't wait too long and have no regrets.

I've been in the same situation recently. Just say to her, "look I think I've fallen in love with you." And if she doesn't feel that same way then say that you still want to be friends and you won't try anything. Girls love it when a guy tells her he loves them, if she gets funny don't ignore her but give her some space for a bit... if she goes off the wall the she's not worth knowing.

Just say it slow and nice and easy. Don't be afraid. She will love you back.

I don't know about you, but I like to interject humor into life whenever possible. So I would catch her by surprise and say "I'm sorry but I need to be serious for a second. I am sorry to have to tell you this but I have fallen in love with someone." Long dramatic pause.......perhaps a response and then tell her that "that person is you." Happy endings will certainly result and not the Taiwanese type either.

You must find the courage to do that..Also the right time and place!!
