I wouldn't worry about trying to make this guy jealous, silly girls do that.
Best thing that you can do is not sweat him. Don't be mean, don't be rude, don't even go out of your way to let him know that you don't have feelings for him.
Just don't even pay attention to his attitude, and if he keeps acting like you want him, then stop hanging out with him for a while.
This is the best way to deal with a guy that is doing this, if you don't play his games, it basically tells him that you're so not interested in him that his crap doesn't bother you.
