My boyfriend of 4 years is turning 22 in early September, I have no idea what to get him, it always seems like I didn't get the right gift every year (birthdays, holidays ext) I've tried tools, video games and consoles, colognes, clothing, and a few other things that can't be bought (WINK**Wink) ? I'm running out of ideas. Does anyone else have suggestions.
What about a 2 hearts locket. There 2 halves to a heart. You keep your half and he keeps the other. Then when you are together you put the 2 hearts together to show you are of one heart for each other. And when you are not together he is reminded he has half a heart and is not whole without you. That's romantic. Can you tell me if you liked this advice? Thanx
Get him something personal. Guys actually love it when you give personalized gifts. Make him something. Organize a road trip to one of his favorite places. Camping/hiking maybe? Take him to a concert where his favorite band is performing. Organize a surprise party with some friends he hasn't seen in a long time or friends that live out of town. Just get creative and do something really fun. Go out and make a memory with him.
Hmm, before I give any suggestions what are his interests, does he have a hobby, is there anything that he REALLY likes just an idea so that we all can give better input.
Maybe take him to a concert or game he would truly enjoy or make him something. You could even make him a card saying you will do whatever he wants or buy him whatever he truly wants. May sound lame but, make it creative and he might truly enjoy it. I like to do creative things. I once bought one of those picture frames that had space for 8 pictures. I put pictures of us and his favorite pictures of me in it. Then put stickers and wrote things meaningful around the outside. It was cheesy and crafty and it's one of the best gifts he said I ever gave him. It's not all about the stuff you buy as it is the thought you put into it.
