You know that girl who sits alone after lunch and who everyone stares at?(at least it feels like they are). Well that's me. I have anxiety disorders and its pretty big for me to be around that many people, Well I am happy that I am sitting there and am able to work through my anxiety problems but I feel like everyone is staring at me and just want something to keep my mind off of it. Any suggestions?

well I know it might sound silly, but sunglasses could really help you

the darker and bigger the better, aviator or bug eye style

the reason I recommend them is , I was a security guard for close to 5 years so I have a habit of checking out everyone around me, and I have gotten myself trouble by looking at people for too long

The sunglasses help cause you can see if people are looking at you without them taking notice, and if people are looking you can see their intent, good or bad.

Might as well treat yourself too, I got myself a pair of Gucci Sunglasses that where new with the case but like 2 years out of date so I got them for like 75% less (under $100)

A good pair make you feel as good as having a full Italian suit

RyeLee Sunglasses are awesome if you are a security guard, but in her situation, I don't think it would be a good idea. If you were wearing sunglasses in the school cafeteria, people would actually have a reason to look at you lol! - 5 months ago
Answerer Well I meant I had to wear them when I was off duty cause I found it hard to ignore things - but if the cafeteria is a really big place like you'd see in those movies you could pull it off - my school was small so you would look dumb - but then we had uniforms! - 5 months ago

Read books, play handheld games, use your cellphone, play sudoku or do crosswords, or just go into a library and read there.

You could even find a classroom to do your homework in.

I would try pretending that you have a HUGE secret that no one knows. This secret is something so amazing that everyone would want to know. This way, when you are looking around, your eyes will say "hahahaa you don't know, but I do!". This will actually intrigue people and make them really want to get to know you more. It worked for me! =D

The specific secret that you have depends on your personality, but if it were me, I would pretend that I am secretly the hottest girl in the world, or a super smart secret agent. It will seriously give you SO much confidence! try it!
