How come my nipples get hard

you should wear a padded bra but its a huge turn on for me and probably a lot of other guys

my wife gets this & it drives her crazy too: difficult to be a hard-nosed boss when your headlights are on full beam ;)

she has fairly thick bras & some little quilted "nipple covers" (not really padding) she uses to tone things down a bit.

hard nipples occur in response to cold or to stimulation — either sexual or nonsexual (like rubbing up against fabric). It's nothing to be embarrassed about, but if it makes you uncomfortable, you may want to wear a thicker shirt, or a t-shirt underneath your clothes. Sometimes extra fabric can keep nipples from showing through clothing. hope I gave some thoughts =P.

Its from stimulation (rubbing of any kind) or the cold. Just wear a bra with some padding on the inside. This will make them less noticeable through a shirt :) I had the same problem, and this is the simplest solution. Mine are almost always hard for no reason though, so I just need extra padding. On the plus side, my boyfriend loves it;)

Yeah, I have this issue too. It's okay if I'm just hanging out with my boyfriend, but it's really no good when it happens at work. There's nothing like leaving a three hour meeting and realizing that your nipples are showing and probably were the whole time. The padded bra is the way to go. They're not cheap, but Victoria's Secret has some good ones. They hide everything so well that my boyfriend refers to them as armor.
