As long as you a person doesn't let herself go and just give up it doesn't matter. A few pounds aren't a problem. Yes, there are guys who like curves. Raises his hand! Guys aren't that much different from women in the appearance issue. There's a wide range of what they like and don't like. No guy, unless he's just insane, expects any woman to look the same as she did at 20 when she's 40 or the same as she did when she was 30 when she's 40, etc. Granted again if a person just gives up and stops caring then there's generally a problem because they guy will notice you don't care and will begin not to care as well.

Let me put it to you this way. Looks will get our attention, but personality is what will keep it. That being said, all things being equal the woman with the better looks will get my attention. It all goes back to evolutionary psychology.

A woman can stay in shape if she works out and still tries to take care of herself. My mom is a MILF - love you! Just kidding, but anyways men say that crap but how many of them got fat over a period of marriage? My dad got fat even though my mom had 2 kids and stayed in shape so sometimes men shouldn't be talking
