How can someone tell if someone blocked you from calling there cell phone? And if a "Sim Card" is not working, can a person still receive texts? One more question.If a "Sim Card" is not working, will the mobile phone still have a ring tone when you call it? THANKS!
You can bring the sim card to the store and they should be able to make a copy of the original sim card. But like Wally said, w/out the sim, all you have is voicemail. Anything that has to do with the function of the phone won't work. But a ringtone is a downloaded feature, it goes to the account. If at some point you lose the ringtone, call customer care and have them resend it to you. Or to the person who's having the problem.

It won't show up in missed calls, you'd have to leave a voicemail and once the phone gets a signal it should resend the voicemail to the phone. - 2 months ago

if a sim card are not working there's no way that anyone can receive calls or txt ,and for the mobile phone its still have ring tone because each phone there's inside it a memory that hold the tone ,i hope that I helped you
