Well I choose alto. But my boyfriend has a bass and he is so f*cking sexy and his voice but so yep I think I'll choose bass insted! Yep dity ep! Got a problom with that? Well if you do then Whatcha' gonna do about that? Yep So Bye Bye Bye Bye Bye Bye (Well I think you get it!)!
I sing Alto in a chorus. Our parts are always hard and we nearly always harmonize, so instead of having the fun with any melodies, we just get to make everyone else sound good :( But any chorus ever made would sound like crap without an alto section.
But yeah, Alto is the lower girl's range and people here seem to be confusing it with Tenor.
If Tenor were on the list, I'd pick it. I LOVE tenors. My boyfriend is a tenor, and I'd have to say my favorite tenor song would be "Music of the Night" from Phantom. Seriously, the gorgeous high notes he can make so effortlessly in that song, it makes me MELT. Listen to the original Broadway cast version and you'll see what I mean.
You know, I don't think I really have a favorite, but overall, I think I'm more attracted to the rough voices, sort of like Nickelback and David Cook. Although.Josh Turner's bass voice is sexy when he sings DEEP.
I think it all depends on the purity of the voice when it comes to tenor and bass. Seeing as I've rarely heard a pure/clean sounding tenor or bass, I'd still say I'm more attracted to rough voices.
As for what I listen to in women singers, I'd say soprano. (What can I say? I love Evanescence and Flyleaf.)
I to hear good baritone, all for the lower mid-tones. I sing a low alto though for soem reason my range has been rising lately.can't complain though :P
Well, it depends. In choir ( I have been in choir since 1st grade) I sing both soprano and alto like I will sing soprano notes one minute then go down to alto the next and well its fun because its challenging, my high school is well known on the east coast bcuz of the competitions we enter and I usually get a solo for it and the judges are always amazed, when I'm 16 I'm gonna audition for American Idol Watch out the the name Caty Boylan because you will see it someday! lol jkjkjk
Well. I'm not sure what their tone would be but I LOVE a voice like Bryce Avary's (The Rocket Summer) and the lads from The Scene Aesthetic. I don't know what it is but. . . their voices are just amazing to me!
Bryce Avary is a Tenor, which I guess I forgot to list.
And with the the scene aesthetic, Alex is an alto, and Andrew is technically a tenor, but is voice tone is a really unique new form that you really couldn't classify into any group. - 2 months ago
I like the sound that is made when all four sets of voices get together and sing a chord perfectly in tune. It makes all the air vibrate and ring around you. (Bass Alto, Tenor Soprano)
Now in listening, I have a preference to nightwish. Which is guess is both rough and soprano depending on whose singins.
I clicked on Alto, but I really dig Mezzo-Sopranos. My sweet goodness, when a woman can sing high enough to remind me of a bird or low enough to sound like a soulful goddess, it does something to me!
