Playing hard to get when he talks to me

Sometimes it is and sometimes it ain't, meaning if he knows you are playing hard to get then it's ok and vice versa.

Only if they're really confident and they know that you're actually really into them under the surface. Frankly it can be rather annoying. Just being honest.

Not all the time. i just wouldn't do it because some guys think that when you play "hard 2 get" your giving them the sign that you don't like them so then they will try 2 stop liking u

It does sometimes but sometimes you have to let them get the hang of it because sometimes playing hard to get can make that guy walk away and he can become only a friend....
