thats easy. to be a profesional footballer of course! play in europe with all those passionate fans watching singing and screaming! what more could I ask for? and the money would be good too since I would someday love to open up my own animal shelter to give animals (mainly cats and dogs) a place to live and I don't mean just keeping them in a cage...
A renowned personal fitness instructor, at least famous in my own home country duh. I really like sports and healthy living. I guess I want everyone to be healthy haha.
My dream for about 3 years now has been to become and Interior Decorator. I feel like it's my calling. I love helping people and not many people really understand how fixing up someone's house can really change their life in so many ways. It's one of the most enjoyable jobs and I couldn't imagine myself doing anything different.
I want to be a singer, and an interior decorator and have a whole range of different stores running, and a dog trainer in my spare time. lol. oh and a writer and photographer...
To be a writer. That's my passion. To be heard and to communicate others, that's what I've always loved. I reaaally want to write novels. I've wrote about 15 pages of something I've had in my head for a long time. I love fashion as well, so someday I want to be editor-in-chief of some big magazine, like Vogue. Psychology interests me a lot too.
i wanted to be a vet, but people seem more challenging XD. . . so I want to be a diagnostician, neurosurgeon, or cardio(thrastic?) surgeon. what could be better than solving a giant puzzle all day, or digging in people's brains or chests!? lmao I have never been 'grossed out' by the things that freak out a lot of girls. and I will do things that freak out even the guys! mwahahahahahahaha! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
I want to be either an anestesiologist or a cell and molecular biologist. I have always wanted to do something that is going to help people. When I was four I got into a deadly car accident my grandmother died and I survived. I broke my spine and scraped most of the skin off of my forehead along with a concusion. I ended up in the saint louis childrens hospital for a week. I saw all the sick kids other than myself and from that day on I knew that's what I wanted to do. as of right now I'm accepted to college with a major in biology.
I wanna be a teacher. I think that there are so many things that I could teach, aside from academics, that could really influence people. I just want to change somebody's life and I believe I can do that through teacher.
On the side I would love to do something with music. Nothing major of course, not only am I not good enough, but I fame is not the lifestyle I want to live. Maybe play small shows in little coffee shops or whatever lol. I put my heart and soul into my music and if people can relate to it and not feel so alone, then my job will be done. [=
Oh my goodness! A Flight Attendant; you get to fly as your job first off, and you get like discounts on flights and such ALSO, they have the cutest outfits I have ever seen! :D
I would like to be a successful health, social environmental, or infrastructure official for the government, who makes huge changes in the way we do things for the better, which would lead to a more peaceful, happier world, without anybody in the public really needing to lift a finger, unless they want to, except for the jobs I would create.
Something in the fashion industry (NOT a model though I love food too much lol). I always used to wanna be a fashion designer but now I'd like to be a fashion buyer for a good online store. lol a bit random I know :)
my dream job is to own a multi-billion dollar food, entertainment, public relations, fashion, and music, corporation that has projects on every continent.
I love music so I'd like to work somewhere in the music industry, but not as a singer/performer because I don't like being centre of attention. Ideally I'd love to be a songwriter or producer but I'd settle for the accounting department of a major music company as I currently am studying to be an accountant.
well,... my dream job is of course to be famous. an actress.. lol.. but I know that's just a dream job. but what I really wanna be is to work in broadcastin. I'm gonna start skool in a yr. so I'm super excitedddd! :]
I would love to go into broadcast journalism. Like Oprah, though maybe not quite so serious! LOL. I think that way it would be a lot easier to unite people together, and bring awareness to things that really matter in the world other than which celebrity is dating who, and who cheated on who. Stuff like that distracts from important things that are dividing this world apart, and that is sad.
Oprah isn't a journalist, she's a talk show host. I'm a Communications major, and the journalism professors really emphasize the difference between what they do and what talk show hosts do. It's borderline offensive to mix them up.
. . .sorry, I felt obligated to tell you that. - 10 months ago
Answerer
Thank you sweetie, but I DO indeed know the difference. If you reread what I said, you will notice that it does say I would "...love to go into broadcast journalism. LIKE Oprah...". Meaning that I would like to be a talk show host, while still going into broadcast journalism. If you reread the rest, it says the Oprah brings awareness to the things that matter, not that BROADCAST JOURNALISM brings awareness to things that matter. Sorry if that didn't make sense. I think everyone else got it, - 10 months ago
I'm sorry, but your response makes even less sense now that you've explained it. And if it made sense to everyone else, it's because they don't know the difference between a journalist and a talk show host.
Seek truth and report it--it's in their code of ethics. Journalists do bring awareness to things that matter, and in an unbiased manner. They're considered the gatekeepers of information, not Oprah.
I go to school for this, I think I know what I'm talking about. - 10 months ago
Answerer
I think that you and I are talking about two entirely different things. My response was clearing what I said and what I meant, and now you are arguing about the difference between a journalist and a talk show host? I am telling you what I want to be when I grow up. Maybe you need to get your head out of that nice school of yours and step out into the real world. . .VERY MANY journalists are biased, whether you Communications majors wanna admit that or not. That is straight and sorry fact. - 10 months ago
Cool-Relax I think you need to get over yourself. The girl clearly stated that she would like to go into broadcast journalism LIKE Oprah. She never said Oprah was a journalist. She explained that she wants to bring awareness to things and you sitting here complaining that she wants to be a talk show host. At least she knows what she wants to do with her life, and isn't sitting in school dreaming of what could be. And she is right, now matter what anyone says, most journalists are VERY biased. - 10 months ago
I've had too many over the years to count! First, I wanted to be an astronaut, then a pediatrician, then an archaeologist.
Now, though, a little older and wiser, I think I want to be either a History Professor, a Museum Curator, or work as a Nonprofit Advisor. I want something that will allow me to help change people's lives in little ways and let me make a difference while still having a pretty low-key life. Does that make sense? I hope so.
I have two. Well, I have more than two, but I'm in school for those two lol
A music supervisor. That's the person who chooses the music that goes into movies and TV shows. I think a lot can be expressed through music, so you have to pick the perfect song to go into a scene--the music really makes the scene. And since I'm really open-minded when it comes to music, I can find the perfect song :P
The other is a foley artist. Foley artists do sound effects in movies and TV shows, especially in cartoons/animations. I just think it seems like fun lol
Basically, anything that has to do with sound in movies interests me. And I like editing. I'm really good with small details in editing. So, the entire movie industry is a dream job for me.
Ah! I'd love to do that! I'm in school double majoring in music and phyiscs so I can do sound engineering though. but anything with music falls uner the dream job spectrum. Its so cool how sounds change the feeling or atmoshpere so easily. Dream job #2 would be a travel show host. Getting paid to travel and explore the world. Also would absolutely love. - 10 months ago
Answerer
I know, I think sound is really fascinating, but it tends to get ignored. Even in my film classes, I'm the only person who pays attention to the audio.
But your two dream jobs are completely unrelated lol - 10 months ago
Just wondering-- what would you major in for the sound effects in movies and tv shows? - 10 months ago
Answerer
I don't think there's a major specifically for that. You could go to school for production sound, but that's not sound effects, it's more microphones. You would still learn a lot about sound though. Or you could have a major like mine where you learn field techniques (i.e. microphones, camera, lighting, etc.) and post production techniques in editing. I can take sound design classes as electives for my major. - 10 months ago
Vets make almost has much as doctors my friend is going to be a school to be a vet and he works I think as a vet tech for now and the vet he works for has like 3 pick up trucks, a couple cars, a farm, a house, and 2 vets I think they make enough lol - 10 months ago
Answerer
I think the vets of course make a good amount but I don't know how good or bad the vet assistants make I just wanna help take care of animals but I know I can't do surgery, I could never open up an animal even though your helping them it just feels cruel - 10 months ago
well its really different from the rest but a camp counselor at a christian camp I've gone to since I was 8. I've always wanted to work there, I fit right in. all they do is watch little kids, sing christian music, teach the kids about christianity, and have fun. nexy year I'll be old enough, I can't wait!
well I would probably want to be a successful writer or comedian. I love being in the center of attention, but I don't like drama, so I'd rather not be an actress or singer who is prone to TOO much attention. I would also want a job that allowed me to spend time with my family. Luckily for me, I am a writer! I just haven't published yet.
Hmm.. A plastic surgeon who performs reconstructive/correctional surgeries (like mending cleft lips, separating webbed phalanges, etc.) I would then love to travel to third-world countries and supply cheap/free surgeries to poverty stricken people in need.
Why? I'm fascinated by anything and everything medical, especially surgeries. And to alter people's lives for the better would be incredible. I can't think of anything more rewarding than that!
I know many friends who have gone through addictions, and I've always wanted to know how to help them. In a strictly non-judgemental sort of way, of course.
I'd either be a neurosurgeon (I'm actually in school to be a surgical PA, so that's close) or a country singer/songwriter.
The brain is the most fascinating thing in the world, and to actually have the privilege of working with it would be paradise! (ok, I know I sound like a total geek, but you asked)
As far as country singer/songwriter, I sing well and write even better, so that would be an incredible "job." It's just too unstable and unlikely for me to pursue in real life. Nice to dream about though!
Software Developer for a video game production company. That would be pretty awesome... good pay and fun work. Another job I would love would be to get a high rank in the USMC or US Army
To be a male pornstar! :D No seriously I would never be a male pornstar, because I can't degrade women like that for a living. It would hurt me too much to treat women with such disrespect.
Seriously I want to be an engineer, and I want to do my part to solve the global warming problem. I have 2 engineering degrees, so I am on the right track. So my dream will come true.
My dream job would be an investigator. You know where you see those guys in movies that sit in regular looking cars, staked out somewhere watching over something or someone trying to find out information about them? I would definitely love doing that!
I am in school to get into the medical field right now but after I knock out this degree (2 years), then I'm gonna go for computer graphic design. I would like to be able to create and edit videos and all that jazz and maybe one day even work at a production company
Moto GP racer. For those who don't know what that is, its motorcycle racing. I ride and I absolutely am in love with it. The thrills and chills just send me over the edge, that's the closest feeling to flying than actual flying. Riding is very dangerous but that's one thing that attracts me to it, the dangers and chances of getting seriously hurt or death, but I'm being as careful as possible. So it would definitely have to be moto gp, the salary is in the millions if you are good, the fame, but most importantly the thrill, and the riding equipment just look badass.
Not sure if these are my dreams but I've thought of doing these at one point or another.
1. Engineer a. aerodynamics for cars (Audi) b. aerodynamics for planes/rockets (Nasa) c. cellphone designer 2. DJ (EDM, Trance, Dance, Techno, Hardstyle) - mostly something I was thinking of as a side-job I would do during College to scrape by a living. Your always know about all the parties and it hooks you up with some people
3. Formula 1 Driver. Not really much else to say, you get payed for driving a car...fast, doesn't get much better than that.
4. Succesful Entrepreneur (integrating holographic technology into daily life sort of like computers have been integrated into everything), maybe make the next big website (like youtube, digg, facebook ect.).
5. Pro Skier, cause skiing is just my all-time favorite thing to do. The thing is even if you're "the best" as soon as you turn 30 your career is done and you're sort of stuck since chances are you skipped college and don't have a degree and now you have to start back at the bottom.
6. Talk-Show Host on Top Gear cause they get to drive every single new car for a living and seem to have blast doing it.
So yea I'm a dreamer, but maybe I'll end up somewhere in between of everything...or I'll just end up with a cubicle job.
Killing innocent people always gives you an adrenaline rush, eh? - 10 months ago
Answerer
Funny...killing is part of it sometimes but there is more to it and like I said you wouldn't understand, you have no knowledge of what a mercenary does...but whatever you want to think or believe...I'll leave it to your discretion. - 10 months ago

Currently I'm training to become a pilot, I'd want to fly for a charter carrier like Netjets though, not an airline.
The reason I want to be a pilot is because it's just an awsome thing to do, there is no other feeling like flying.
The reason for wanting to fly for a charter carrier as opposed to an airline is because charter pilots are much more customer oriented, not like airline pilots who you can only listen to over the planes PA and see the back of their heads. And also charter carriers have more family-friendly scheduling, airlines have you away from home for weeks at a time.
I do have a plan B though, if I can't fly planes I want to direct them, so I'll go into air traffic control.
Currently there is a very severe shortage of air traffic controlers, even though it is the highest paying job out there that does not require a college degree.
Ten years from now though, there is likely going to be a severe shortage of pilots, so I may be in a good position in a few years.
Good luck with flying planes I hear its really hard to get time - 10 months ago
Answerer
All it takes is money, if I have that all I need to do is go to a local FBO and rent a plane, that all counts as logged time as well, it just needs to be noted as what kind of time I was clocking (single or multi-engine, VFR or IFR, and prop or turbine). - 10 months ago
I got to say, none of these jobs sound like dreams, how about being the guy who invented microsoft, or being a casino owner, or some kind of job that makes you rich as hell with out much effort.
Some of us actually dream to help other or just be famous. some others do it for the money, some for power, it depends on what ur dreams r. what's urs man, share with us. - 10 months ago
My absolute dream job would be to work for Disney as an "Imagineer." Your goal as an imagineer is to come up with ideas to improve the park, work on coming up with new rides, travel to world to incorporate different cultural aspects into the park, all kinds of things like that. You work on things for movies, I mean, the job is just amazing. They work on all kinds of things from special effects to cg stuff, it's crazy.
I'd also like to be a really good underground musician, so I'd make a living, but not be ultimately famous. I don't really want to be hugely famous, just, I'd like to live my life normally, lol, just do it playing music.
And I'd like to teach, and music would be a subject somehow, theory or teaching a beginner instrument. And I'd like to teach other things too. History or sociology or english, not sure.
Mentalist. I'm actually a magician, but one that does his best not to be one of "those" overly obnoxious guys. Time and a place, you know. I've always had an interest in how the mind works, basic psychology, intricacies of the human body, etc, which figures in well with what I'm trying to do. Unfortunately money is really tight so it's primarily kids stuff - I love kids, and being a good family entertainer deserves more respect than most people give (partyl why I like working with an adult crowd), but I also teach, so I'd like more of a break from kids.
I'd like to own an arcade, but not just any arcade. an arcade that parents wouldn't mind their kids going to. I'd say more, but just in case I make any money, I'm keeping this idea to myself, thank you. ;).
Puppeteer. Frankly I love puppeteer work, and would love to work to create interesting characters that aren't just seen as "for kids." I want to see if more can be done for adult crowds; like how the muppets started out, or shows like Greg the Bunny. Not so much like Avenue Q necessarily, but just something adults find funny, and or deep, and or profound. I always thought it'd be cool to do something along the lines of "Puppet Up (improvisational comedy for adults, done with Henson Muppets)."
well 1 0f ma dreams is to become a marine..then I'm planning to go to university of miami to study businness and purchase my career as an entrepreneur and ma own business and work for myself
