If you found out a guy had or was getting his Master's degree would it have any benefits for the guy? Would you be like WOW cool or eh at least I know he's probably not a complete moron? Would what he's getting a Master's in matter?

I really don't give a hoot. I mean, I like my guy to at least have a b.a, a stable job and goals obviously. I don't want a slacker by side. However, it's not like if a guy comes up to me and says 'hey I got a masters' I'd think "that's so hot, I want him". Get it?

It would be nice, as far as I'm concerned, to know that a guy I liked was getting his Master's degree. It is proof positive that he cares about his education and his future, which could translate to him caring a lot about his significant other. I think as long as the guy was interested in whatever subject he was studying, it wouldn't matter what the degree was in.

I like guy's who care about their future. I don't think it matters what his degree's are in. I make my own money, have my own house, have my own car.. pay for stuff myself. BUT, ah the BUT.. I do want a guy who can take care of me when we get married, IF I were ever to become sick or have a sick child.

It's nice to know that a guy is furthering his education but honestly that wouldn't be a reason why I chose to date him. He would still have to have a great personality. When guys tell me about their degrees I think "great for them" but I don't assume that they are smarter than a guy without a college degree. As long as you've graduated high school and are some way trying to better yourself (i.e. working, going to school) then he's ok.

I would say having your masters in pretty much anything is a good thing. it shows you care about your education and your future. personally, I would be impressed with someone that was willing to further their education beyond what is practically required. besides, one day, people won't be able to have a decent job without a masters.

A Girl Answered Yes take the baby and run...if you have no where to go, go to your parents house!! lol but just take all your stuff and the baby and divorce him.

A Girl Asked Update + Question: Does he see me as just one of the guys?
A Guy Answered If he wants you to be 18 to snuggle then snuggle means have sex. I don't know if that means that he likes you in the way you want him to, but it definitely means he doesn't see you as one of the guys.
