There is no use worrying about things over which you have no control, and if you have control, you can do something about them instead of worrying. - Allyn

i don't usually hear many good advices. I usually trust my intution and see where that gets me. I'm suppose to be strong for my family. everyone is going through a rough time in my house so I am trying to hold it all together. once I hear some good advice, or remember any I have been told, I will get back to you.

If you can't learn a good thing from someone, learn how not to do the bad thing(s) they do. But always make it your business to walk away having learned something.

Never be afraid to ask questions or say what's on your mind, because no one will do it for you.

And don't over-think things, because once you start questioning yourself or your actions, you've already made up your mind not to do something.

I have two favorites. One of them is to always find the good in others, and the other is no matter how much pain you encounter in life, always keep your heart open. It may sound a bit corny, but I think they are both very deep and profound. They left quite an impression on me, and I try my best to follow them.
